What is an Active Learner?

Active Learners are those who can actively login and take their courses on your Click 4 Course site.

What is an Inactive Learner?

Inactive learners are still kept in your system for the Admin to view that Learner’s past course progress, completions, test scores, certificates, etc. However, that Learner can’t login to take any courses. The Admin has the ability to change Learners to an Inactive status (manually, or, automatically after taking a course). All plans come with unlimited inactive learners.

Is there a long-term contract?

No, Click 4 Course can be used and billed month to month, or pre-paid annually for an additional discount.

How do I sell my online courses?

We support PayPal and Stripe, and have done all the integration work for you. All you have to do is follow our simple instructions to connect your account, and you’ll be collecting your online course payments immediately!

How do I receive the revenue from the courses I sell?

Your course revenue will be sent directly to your Stripe or PayPal account.

Can I offer some free courses on my site?

Yes, you can have all free (usually for internal training purposes), or charge for your courses. You can also have a combination of both. All you need to do is add the price to the course/s, if you want to sell any.
